Competitive little race with three vying for favouritism. Going to side with two of those, the first being BEL MEZYAAN (2) who continues to race very well, unsuited back in trip two back before a strong run in the Bendigo Guineas behind a good one. If he can just hold a spot early he'll be very hard to hold out. CLEVOR TREVER (8) also remains on side. He's promising - beaten by two smart ones early days and winning two since, resuming with a sharp victory at Bendigo in what looked a deep Class 1. He can push on and measure right up to these. YES YOSHI (5) is tricky. He was hopeless unlucky first up at Bendigo when well backed, then seemingly had his chance down the Flemington straight last start. If we're being kind, perhaps he was back to the inside there and back around a bend could suit. UNDISPUTABLE (10) was a dominant winner at Moe last time and could measure up.
